International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
ÉROSIA® is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, ÉROSIA® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage and the packaging + your order number.
