Refund policy
At ÉROSIA, we want you to love your skincare experience. While we do not accept physical returns, we offer two types of refunds depending on your situation:
1. Damaged Products — Store Credit Only
If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card equal to the full purchase amount.
To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
Once approved, you will receive a digital ÉROSIA gift card via email.
This gift card can be used toward any future purchase.
Cash refunds are not available for damaged products.
2. Product Not Working for You — Money-Back Refund
If you have used the product consistently but did not experience results, you may request a real money refund (not store credit).
Please email us at support@erosiaskincare.com within 30 days of your purchase date with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of your experience
Our team will review your request and, once approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to return the product.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds if:
- The product is simply no longer wanted
- The request is submitted after the time window (7 days after receiving the product for damage, 30 days after purchase for results)
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
4. Shipping
- Shipping is FREE for all orders
- We currently ship within the United States only
